About me

I am a cultural entrepreneur, storyteller, and creative leader working at the intersection of arts, community, and experience design.
My work is driven by a deep commitment to inclusivity, representation, and meaningful collaboration. I have a background in project leadership, concept development, and communication, where I specialize in turning ideas into impactful cultural experiences.

Raised in a small suburb of Horsens, my journey has taken me from playing basketball at a national level to hitchhiking through Europe, crossing the Atlantic by sailboat, and building a career in arts and culture. Today, I balance my time between freelance work and leading cultural projects.

“Born to a Danish father and a Nigerian mother who challenged patriarchal norms, I grew up with a perspective that embraces both tradition and transformation.”

Moving to Aarhus at 16 to pursue basketball, I later shifted my focus to culture and creativity, which led me to an enterprising leadership school designed for changemakers. Since then, I have built my own business and contributed to cultural projects in Denmark and beyond.

My approach

My vision is to create spaces where people feel seen and heard. I work with storytelling, event design, and concept development to engage audiences and build connections between communities.

My approach is based on:
  1. Curiosity – Encouraging exploration and creative dialogue.
  2. Participation – Placing people at the center of cultural experiences.
  3. Lasting Impact – Designing experiences that leave a meaningful impression.

“I believe in learning by doing and following intuition rather than rigid methodologies.”

My work is shaped by years of hands-on experience in the cultural sector, where I have refined my ability to lead, facilitate, and execute complex projects.

What’s my drive?

Freedom to think, create, and execute bold ideas is essential to my work.

I evaluate opportunities based on four compass questions:
  1. Do I have the necessary ressources to make the collaboration thrive?
  2. Does it align with my vision?
  3. Is it fun?
  4. Does it provide financial sustainability?

If I have the necessary ressources (1), and a project, collaboration or any job opportunity meets at least two out of three of the rest, I’m in. While I value my worth, I also believe in contributing to meaningful initiatives, whether paid or unpaid.

“I draw inspiration from underground music communities and international cultural movements that dream big, act locally, and create lasting impact.”

It’s okay to still be figuring things out, but investing time in clarifying your vision will always be valuable.

Let’s connect, collaborate, and create something meaningful together.
